CITEZENSHIP

INVESTMENT AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
Deposit claims (non-refundable payment):
For the principal applicant: €600,000 (36 months residency) or €750,000 (12 months residency)
Additional contribution:
For each dependent: € 50,000
Financially dependent and unmarried children under the age of 29 and financially dependent parents over the age of 55 can be included in the application.
Residential real estate:
✓ Purchase - minimum value: €700,000
✓ Rent - Minimum annual rent: €16,000
✓ Property must be held for 5 years from the date of the Certificate of Naturalization

REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT OF MALTA
The minimum price for a real estate property to enter the program is €300,000
Rent - minimum annual rent from €12,000 (€10,000 for properties in Gozo and South of Malta).
Health insurance valid in Malta with coverage for all participants in the program.
Mandatory contribution to a local charity of at least €2,000
Proof of capital of €500,000, of which €150,000 are assets.
The cost of participation in the program for spouses, parents and grandparents is €7,500, and for children and minor grandchildren €5,000.
