THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING THE "GOLDEN VISA" - THE RESIDENCE PERMIT OF GREECE

Mandatory. 3-4 days. Viewings, selection of the object, making an advance payment. Meeting with lawyers, opening TIN and bank account, the signing of a notarial power of attorney to the lawyer to submit documents for a residence permit and other powers.
2 arrival
Optional. 30-60 days. Signing the contract of sale of real estate (personally or through your lawyer by power). Registration of the contract, collection of references. Submission of documents for residence permit, getting a blue certificate.
3 arrival
Mandatory. 1 day. Scheduled arrival of all residence permit applicants in Greece for biometric data submission. After submission of the data, the official residence permit in the form of a card is issued in 20 days.
4 arrival
Optional. 1 day. Scheduled arrival in Greece on blue certificate (no visa) for cards. The lawyer can get the cards himself, but it is obligatory to have the blue certificate of all passports in the original.
